Kids cry a lot. They cry because:
*I hit their shoulder with a water gun.
*I took their phone away.
*Their friend stole the “special seat” in the classroom.
*Their friend called them a poopyhead.
*I made them write a letter to the boss.
And today…
*I told a boy one-on-one they could come to me for help.
I think simply the fact that I was speaking to this boy…made him cry.
